Scarab Beatle necklace

In ancient Egypt Scarabs were modelled after dung beetles who rolled round balls across the ground to create a perfect sphere. This sphere was said to be like the sun and the god Khepri, brought the sunrise over the horizon each day.

This is why Scarabs have become a symbol of regeneration, rebirth and protection.
